LAs adapting to climate change
Podcast recorded at the 2017 ASLA Annual Meeting explores landscape architects' role in adaptation.

After the success of our second annual grant competition, we wanted to continue the conversation about climate change in another medium. So we partnered with Doug Parsons of America Adapts at the 2017 ASLA Annual Meeting in Los Angeles to strike up a conversation about adaptation and climate change, with leaders and students in landscape architecture.

Listen to the podcast: Landscape Architects Adapt to Climate Change.

America Adapts is a podcast that focuses on adapting to climate change and explaining to the public what the topic really means. At the show, Doug spoke with a wide swath of experts who shared their passion for landscape architecture and insights on how the field can step up to the challenge of adaptation.

A special thank you to the following speakers: Ellen Stewart, Vaughn Rinner, Kristina Hill, Deanna Lynn, Martha Schwartz, Brad McKee, Jason Bingham, Barbara Deutsch, Matt Alcide, Stephanie V. Landregan, April Phillips, Leslie Johnson, Pamela Conrad.
